Multi Language, Multi Currency and Multi Tax ability

Is it possible or planned to give GrooveKart a multi Language and multi currency and multi Tax function. So that I can build a shop in every country and the visitor sees the shop in his language, his currency and with his tax rates?
Because if you do that I will buy an extra license to get the 5 client shops ;-)
