Hopefully avoiding a HUGE downhill problem.
Adding new products, clicking away, doing a good job of research and fulfillment, but now product pricing and quantity changes and we're not aware of it. If I enter over 400 products into the store, managing every single one of those products without a team of people or doing it all by ourselves. That would be unnecessarily difficult and dangerous.
Price Change Alerts -- should be all automated. It would work like this.
Product changes, pricing changes, quantity changes, availability changes, variation changes, there's multiple points that can change on products in GrooveKart. Every 30 days nearly 3/4 million changes happen in AliExpress - that's a lot to keep track of for humans, nothing at all for some decent automation.
Here's the nightmare scenario... let's say we've got a $7 product we are selling, it cost us a dollar to fulfill, that's 8 bucks, we're selling in GrooveKart for $20. Well, let's say the pricing suddenly jumps to $15 or $10 on that product. We could be running an ad. Let's say it's costing us $5 to $10 to acquire that customer and we were making $5 in profit every sale, ching! Ching! Ching! Ching! And now all of a sudden the pricing just changed, we are not aware of it but our ad is still running. Well, by the time we figure out our ad is no longer profitable, how many orders could have gone through, how much trouble could have created if we were not aware that the pricing had changed on our product?
